Our Story

Vogue Cycling is the premium fitness-fashion destination for the style savvy cyclist. Born and bred in Australia, Vogue Cycling leads the cycling scene with seasonal collections focused on elevated designs, premium finishing and luxurious fabrications.

Vogue Cycling delivers a point of difference from season to season. Our superior performance, quality, design and fit, and as always.

Why are some of your products made in China or in the Far East?

We manufacture some garments in China and the Far East because quite simply, the quality the factories offer there is first rate, and they are very reliable producers. The cost price advantage is a secondary issue. If you’ve ever tried to have products made in the United Kingdom, you’d appreciate how hard it is to get craftsmanship and reliable delivery. We wish it was otherwise. The idea that products made in China or the Far East is ‘cheap and nasty’, and that Europe is ‘expensive and well made’ no longer rings true.

Our garments are in fact, produced across a number of locations globally. When we choose our manufacturing partners, we are always looking to find companies with the most expertise in their area, the quality and scale of manufacturing to satisfy our high standards. We are extremely proud of all the manufacturers and suppliers we use, and our relationships with them. Countries such as China, are widely regarded in the industry as some of the best manufacturers in the world — in terms of quality, accuracy, scale, efficiency, and ease of working with.

Why are your products not made in-house, rather than just designed in-house?

With the rare exception, you will find that many companies that make products will use external manufacturers as we do. Whereas research, design and development will often be done in-house. You may just find this with the majority of the products you yourself own.

Corporate Social Responsibility

CSR

At Vogue Cycling we are conscious of and care for the environment. We demand high standards of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), not only from ourselves but from all our partners.

As a brand where our clothes are (mostly) used outdoors in nature, we try to minimise our impact on the environment and our contribution to global warming so that future generations can enjoy the same climbs and trails as much as we do.

ENVIRONMENT

We encourage employees to use a bicycle or take public transport to commute to work, and therefore have always chosen office locations with good public transport connections. At our office, we do not purchase meat products, and try to source organic, local food as much as possible. We try to use video or telephone meetings for most meetings with our partners.

We export as much as possible by water, rail, or train instead of air. We use an organic Durable Water-Repellent (DWR) finish, BIONIC-FINISH ECO, on our water-repellent clothes, instead of toxic chemicals like most DWR finishes contain.

How do I use my promotional code?

You may use your online promotional code when making your next approved purchase. To redeem your promotional code, type or copy the number into the Promotional Code field at the Shipping & Payment stage of check-out. Terms and conditions may apply.

I have entered the incorrect contact information for my online order. What do I do?

If you have entered an incorrect email address for your online order, please contact our helpful Consumer Experience team at info@depassercycling.com so that we can send your confirmation and tracking emails to the correct email address.

If you have entered an incorrect delivery address for your online order we will do what we can to assist you, just send us an email at info@depassercycling.com If your order has already been despatched, you will need to rectify this with your postal service and requesting a mail redirection. 

Pricing and Currency

All orders are processed in USD at the most recent exchange rate available. All Checkout Prices include sales taxes; there are no additional fees to pay at all. Please note that all other prices are exclusive of local import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Vogue Cycling is not responsible for any local import duties or taxes.

Love & Care

GENTLE HAND WASH

Always wash your garment by hand, or at the very most, inside a protective laundry bag on a delicate wash. An intense wash may cause abrasion to the fabrics.

COLD WATER

Always use cold water for your washing. The temperature of the water needs to be lower than 30 degrees, with high quality laundry detergent. Absolutely NO softeners or bleach. Hot water or the use of softeners will cause the colour to run and the chamois adhesive to break down.

HANG DRY

Always hang dry your garment in a well ventilated area. Air temperature should not exceed 26 degrees. Use of tumble dry or storage in hot and humid environments will cause damage to the fabric structure and colour fading.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer free international shipping.  

Please note that there may be extended delivery times for countries outside of the United States.  

Why is the order taking long? Why is there no shipping status update?

Order processing can take up to 1-7 business days BEFORE SHIPMENT

Please see each individual product for shipping times, which can be viewed here. We guarantee your product will arrive to you within 60 days (8 Weeks) under our Buyer Protection scheme otherwise you will get a FULL REFUND.

We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS whilst product is in transit as it is already on the way. 

Please allow extra shipping time and possible delays due to extra busy festive seasons and holidays. We recommend you DO NOT purchase any product if you need it by a certain date (especially Christmas or a birthday)

Where are my items coming from?

Although our fulfilment house is located in North America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.

Depending on what products were ordered, we may ship out items in your order as soon as they have been processed instead of waiting till the entire order is complete. We use this shipping method to ensure the quickest delivery times possible.

When will you ship my items?

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within 1-7 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. Please note that it takes up to 5-10 days for tracking information take effect and there is often a delay on transit between countries until it arrives in destination country. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 14 business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at info@depassercycling.com

What can delay my online order?

Your order will usually be delivered on time, although delays may occasionally occur. Factors beyond our control may impact delivery times and these may include unforeseen impacts caused by our delivery partners, weather disturbances and system failures. Depasser Cycling carries no liability in these cases and strongly recommends that orders are placed as early as possible if they are required by a specific date.

Delivery delays due to coronavirus COVID-19

Due to the high volume of parcels in the current postal network, UPS Post has advised your order may be impacted with possible delays up to 5– 6 Weeks on top of the expected delivery time.

If your order has exceeded the delayed time frame above, we ask that you lodge an inquiry directly with our friendly Customer Experience team here, where an inquiry will be lodge on your behalf.

We understand that these are uncertain times for all cyclists, and we want to assure you we are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure we get your orders to you.

The current situation and delays are related to the limited number of flights due to airport restrictions and the reduced number of flights per day.  There are also limited staff due to social distancing regulations and items that come from overseas will need to be extensively quarantined.

Our Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns on all damaged and/or faulty/Incomplete products.  If the product has been used, even just once, we cannot accept a return. No exceptions.  

Inclusions of Damaged/Faulty/Incomplete products: 

Zipper is faulty. Faded colours unless it is the design of the product. Ripped items. Specifications not in accordance with the customer's order. (i.e. Size, Colour)Missing part of an item. Features incomplete.

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns for bib shorts for hygiene reasons.  

We do have a process for Returns of an item/s. Kindly get in touch with our support team first so  we can initiate the Return process. Please do not ship your item back to the address shown in the parcel as we will not be able to receive it and provide a Refund/Exchange.  

Email a copy of your proof of purchase and photo of the item to info@depassercycling.com.  Please include a brief reason for the return so that we can work to better improve our products. 

Once our team has received your email, we can either offer you a refund, perform an even exchange with a different product, or if you'd like, we can reinstate the full amount in store credit to use as you see fit!  This will be determined on a case by case basis.  

If you do not receive an item as a result of providing us with the wrong delivery address, we are not responsible for providing you with a replacement item or refund.  It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the details you have provided us with are correct.  

Any refunds or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.  If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your order when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

Privacy When Making a Return

Vogue Cycling is committed to protecting your privacy.

Information collected when returning merchandise will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time. It may be used for fraud protection activities and for the purpose of research and analysis. It may be disclosed to state and territory departments upon request, as required by law.

Refunds

We are committed to providing the best product and service to our customers and this is reflected in our Refund Policy. Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases made online at https://www.depassercycling.com/

Change of Mind

If you have simply changed your mind we do NOT provide refunds. Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances however you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase. Further, the merchandise must be:

- in saleable condition;

- unused with all original packaging;

- returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the merchandise (if applicable);

- not subject to the exclusions listed below; and

- the exchange or refund is sought within 7 days of purchase and received.

Faulty Products

Manufacturing defect can occur from time to time. If the item you received is faulty, please contact our support centre by emailing info@depassercycling.com. Provide your order number, your name and address, details of the product (quantity, SKU), and the reason for return. We will then advise you regarding the return process.

Here are the inclusions of the Damaged/Faulty/Incomplete products, which are as detailed below:

Zipper is not functioning. Faded colours unless it is the design of the product. Ripped items. The size tag of the product/s that were delivered were different from the customers order. Missing part of an item. Stitching problems that may cause ripping of the seam. However, untrimmed threads are an exclusion as long as it will not cause any major damage on the clothes.

After we have confirmed your desire to return the item, please RE-PACK THE ITEM IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING with labels and tags still attached.

POST YOUR ITEMS TO A GIVEN ADDRESS AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. We advise the return goods by Post Office shipment facility rather than couriers like DHL, UPS, which may cost much more.

As soon as we have your return, we will issue a full refund.

We’ll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed.

You can expect to receive your refund WITHIN 7 DAYS of your package return depending on your bank. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Note: We cannot process a refund once it is reported outside the 30 days grace period upon acceptance of the item.

Exchanges

No exchanges for other products once they are received or have processed.

Full refunds are strictly not available under the following circumstances:

- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

- If we already have processed your order for shipping and it is already sent and is in transit.

- If you did NOT pick up your item from the post office and it was delivered back

- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Vogue cycling

- Undeliverable Packages

We may on occasions have packages returned to our warehouse because it was undeliverable. This generally happens for one of the following reasons:

- An incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout

- The courier failed in their attempt to deliver the package or the package was not picked up from a local depot within the time specified

- The package was refused by the recipient

Vogue Cycling is not responsible for packages returned as undeliverable. We will also not issue a credit or refund for the items in these packages however can dispatch another one in replacement. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact your local post office to file a claim.

How do I return an Item?

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the faulty product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
